Poor Quality, spare not available at Jamshedpur Deale

I had purchased Mahindra 2 wheeler Duro model just 1 month back on 15.08.10, which having leakage from its Fuel Tank & Oil Seal areas but in absence of spare both the parts were n't changed. I want either it should be replaced within weak or dealer should repay the cost of my scooter as compensation.
