Got cheated while getting bolero serviced

Sir, i got my Bolero CH03P9749, Chasis no.42655749, Engine no. DD44F71357 serviced from mahindra dealer GOEL MOTORS (P) Ltd on 13 Jan but to my surprise i found that after one week the engine got ceased and i got it repaired from the private dealer costing me Rs 10, 000 the engine got ceased bcz there was no oil in the engine. WHILE IT WAS TOLD TO ME DURING THE SERVICE BY GOEL MOTORS that they had put 7 litres oil in the engine and was charged according to that.they are just harrasing people on the name of service and nothing else .now are you going to do anyting in this regard or otherwise i am going to report the matter to the consumer court.
