Excess amount charged by M/s Swami automobiles pvt.ltd

This is my 4th complaint nobody is answering of my complaint. I have repaired my scorpio car from Swami auto. pvt.ltd. They have charged extra amount over and above the estimate. They have also installed / fitted defected head light on my scorpio rain water comes in head light & not fitted properly. pls take the necessary action againts swami automobiles pvt.ltd. plot no.26 & 33, Industrial Area ph-1, Chandigarh.
