Doing wrong service

I am having a logan car. i got timing belt of engine changed at service centre which is supposed to be changedd on 70000 km.i got my car timimg belt broken on highway causing damage in my engine.it got broken within 950 km and within 1 month.now they are creating a bill of about RS130000.
