Excise Duty Refund on Taxi Permit

Hello Sir

I had purchased a Mahindra Bolero (DI TURBO) from Star Automobiles, Jabalpur (Madhya Pradesh) on 1 october. My vehicle is registered under taxi category from RTO Jabalpur, number MP 20 T 6412, and as per the rules an amount of Rs 45, 000 should be refunded to me for the EXCISE DUTY REFUND. Its almost five-six months now but no action has been noticed from your company regarding this issue.

I have been to the showroom many times but the response from the Mahindra showroom staff was not satisfactory and their behavior was also inhuman.
