Extended warranty for Logan Petrol ca

I had applied for Exended Car Warranty which Mahindra had introduced for all their Vehicles, I had applied for my Logan Petrol 1.4 L and had given the DD for 12200 rupees in first week of June Usually the process takes 1-2 weeks, for issuing the warranty, but till now I haven't got the Waranty papers or Certificate, I have called the India Garage Service centre Victoria Road Where I had given minimum of 50-60 times, and even I called the customer service Number and lodged the concern, but nobody gives a proper reason for not giving the Warranty even after 7 months, I even told them to return the money since they are not responding, but till now I haven't got either the money or the warranty papers.

So I request you deal with this erring Vendors.
