Delay in Getting vehicle

We had booked a Mhindra Bolero Flat Bed, Power steering, Commercial Jeep on 29th of October and paid

100% of the value of the Vehicle. Its almost 28 days now and we haven't received the vehicle, the Dealers at G3 motors at nerul are not responding and as well as Mahindra's too.

Please help.
