Vehicle giving problems

I purchased mahindra duro 2 wheeler at majestic motors, himayat nagar, Hyderabad, reg.no AP 09 CG 6175 on 27-10 in the name of C. Pravallika which is giving more problems from immediate day of purchasing like less mileage, during driving getting body pains, back pain etc., mechanically starting problem, less pickup etc. so many times i visited to show room and workshop but there is no response received from them also i made complaint to company on phone so many times i requested them either rectify the problems or replace the vehicle but they are not responded. hence it is requested kindly to give me justification to solve my problem as per rules
