Mahindra - Duro
Oil leakage

I have purchase a Mahindra Duro on 26th Aug from Hind Motor – Ambala Cantt. Vehicle Chasse no - MCDNDIBIVDIG17941 and Engine No - PFEPG476743.

From day one vehicle is dispensing oil due to overflow and dealer is unable to trace the fault. We have visit dealer 3-4 time but he is unable to solve the problem. Now he suggest that we should file complaint with Mahindra & Mahindra through mail on customercare@mahindratwowheeler.com. They will deputed engineer to resolve the highlighted problem.

I am still waiting for response otherwise file a complaint in open court.
