Mahindra Duro
Incorrect name in Smart card

I bought Mahindra Duro in the month of Jan. The registration number is FV 6375.

I hm really having a tough time dealing with the dealers of this vehicle. The smart card of my vehicle has incorrect name displayed for which i have paid the dealer the full price. Now that we ar asking them to correct the name, first they ask for the unauthorised charges and when i refuses they told me to go to their store Suraj Motors and collect the form to correct the Smart card. But no form is available at their representative. Moreover they are wasting my time and giving me mental torture by changing their statements. Sometines they pick the phone and others they disconnect. Or they tell me that it is not required. Noboday cares.

I am really having a terrible time with these people. The names and contacts are as below

First they took my full amount and did not deliver the vehicle and now for every small issue related to vehicle they give me tough time.

Please do a through check with these people. When my name spelling is incorrect how can I just take it for granted and who is responsible for correction.
