Mahindra Duro
Too many defects

I have purchased a mahindra duro from dev auto ajmer road and since then i am facing a lots of problems. its handle vibrates while driving. one of the major accident that took place was that while driving its handle got struck and i fell down. luckily i survived and when i took the duro to service center. they said that they left the engine bushes loose and suppressed the case by saying that it was a minor accident. its parts fitting is also proper, inner box is loosely fitted since i have purchased and i used to wait in the service center for hours, but they have never responded properly. after all the tries i decided to complaint to consumer forum and i asked for all the job sheets but they rejected to give and said that complaint can be launched without the papers after 3 hours of waiting for the job sheets at the service center.i have took my duro for more than 20 times in 6months of purchase. i have purchased it for driving not to keep it in service center. s

i request you to refund the cash as my problem is not getting solved since 6 months of purchase.

and also the claim for the accident which happened due to their mistake.
