Fault in Vechile

I Purchase New Mahindra Duro on 9th Jan from Nachiket automobiles at South end Circle in Bangalore. within 2 weeks vehile's clutch box got melted and that happens on busy main road due to this is I was unable to pull the vechile forward or backward as back tyre was jam. some how with the help of others I park in my company basement which was at a distance. Vechile was not starting but as I was pressing Self starter It was going forward. what would happen if it had stuck some where else??? plus starting few weeks vechile is having Starting problem and still It exist. I am unable to start with kick start also. 2 times i was stuck at road as vechile will stop and will not start. If this problem exist just after 2 weeks of purchase how can I believe that It will be ok in future. Why M&M says or display BEST SCOOTER OF THE YEAR by NDTV. NEW vechile is having this problem and dealer is notready to exchange also.
