Starting & average problem in mahindra duro

I had purchased 1 duro on 24/06 from M.A.Fourwheelers dholpur, i am suffering in starting & average problem in my duro from 3 months, i checked my duro about 10 times but i am no getting any proper response from the agency or from the company.

i therefore request you to kindly provide me the proper guidence & services. so that i shall be able to get the trouble free ride of the scooter. hopes for early & suitable action in the matter.
