Parts not properly screwed

I owned Mahindra flyte on 14/Nov. Two or three screws were not properly screwed and also dealer is not able to answer properly about accessories non availability. till date (27/dec) the accessories are not available, WHAT A PATHETIC SERVICE, BOSS. It would have been better if I would have purchased some other scooter.
