Mileage

I purchased my scooty in Feb of this year. At the time of purchasing they told me the scooty will give a mileage of minimum 45 and the maximum of 50 still now 2 services over but it is giving only a mileage of 30 at the maximum i fed up with my scooty. Do any rectification against this complaint or replace me with the new one. Please do the modification. The people who purchased flyte have wasted there money.
