MAHINDRA FLYTE SCOOTER
NON RECEIPT OF REGISTRATION DOCUMENTS

I had purchase a Mahindra Flute Scooter on 04.12.2011 from Associated Automobile, Nachan Road, Benachity, Durgapur-713213-Authorised dealer of Mahindra. It is very unfortunate that till now I have not received any Registration documents, Insurance, Road tax papers from the dealer. I had made written complaint to Customer Care-mail and twice they have replied with false assurance, but after that they did not response any of my reminder letters. The dealer is continously giving false assurance each and every week and refused to take any written complaint. Last week I went the RTO office to know the status and surprised to know that my application for registration has not yet been submitted by the Mahindra Dealer. This dealer has depute an vendor name Prasant Modi in Durgapur RTO Office, who looks after this registration. I met him also and he also acknowledge that my application is with him, but decline to mention the cause of non-submission, telling it is our internal matter with Showroom authority and I am not supposed to tell you.

Please advise whom I have to apply/complaint now to take any appropriate and prompt action to get my registration documents.
