Replacement for Tyres

Dear Sir,

I wish to inform that my friend owns this vehicle and tyres (both rear) got burst in 2-3 months from the DOP.

The tyres were presented to the dealer at Jharsuguda (Orissa) for warranty claim 2 months ago. After a month, it was told that the tyres were not approved for replacement.

This is highly unacceptable from a company like Mahindra. We expect quick response and neccessary action for replacement of the two tyres
