No cooling outside air smell coming into the ca

I had given a complaint for above subject to G3 motor, Plot no. D238A, TTC ind area, Nerul, Navimumbai on 14.10.09 & 05.03.10 during periodical service of my car no. MH-06-AN--5707. Both times I complained that AC damper is not closing properly (may be), so out side air may be entering in - which causes no cooling effect. Though they said it was attended and rectified, but I don't find any change. The same problem persists.

Again I have taken appointment for tomorrow.
