Mahindra/ Logan Car
EXTENDED WARRANTY FOR MY CAR

Dear Sir,

I am a customer having a Logan Car for the last two and half years. The details are as follows: Registration No- WB20H 2636. Model – GL1.4. Under friends foreverScheme I had introduced one friend and he has also purchased a Logan Car. I have also got the Congratulations letter from Mahindra Renault Mumbai office more than One year back. In the letter it was mentioned that the details of my one year extended warranty will be sent to me shortly. But I am sorry to say that till today I have not received any extended warranty details for my car. I have also communicated this to the sales and service department of Royal Motors and also to the Mahindra Area Sales officer Mr. Souvic Lahiri in Kolkata, but till today I have not got any solution to this problem. I have also informed this to customer care Mahindra.com through mail and they replied to me saying their Kolkata sales team will contact me but one month has passed without any response from anybody. I request you to help me in getting my Car's Extended Warranty as promised by Mahindra Company.
