Floor Carpet Getting Wet

Dear sirs,

In my logan car for the past 2-3 weeks we are noticing that the floor carpet in the right side of the car (driver side) both in the front & back are getting wet. We bought this car from CARAVEL MOTORS, Vadodara.

We complained to them, then they called for the vehicle & checked the A.C. drain pipe & sent the vehicle back, then againt after 2 days we noticed that the problem has not been solved, then we complained again & they again called for the vehicle and this time they dismantled the whole A.C. & cleanned it & re-fitted the A.C., but even after that the problem still persists.

Iam now frustrated and after buying a car for 7.5 lacs, you do not expect your car's floor carpet to get wet. So now iam planning to take this issue with the company HO in mumbai.
