Ear tyre wheel hit

I, Supriya Chakraborty residence at Bardhaman and I have a purchased mahindra maximo mini truck 30th March. Rear two nos. tyre wheel of my vehicle much more hit like a hit chamber and BS-IV vehicle through up black smoke like a factory.

I complain the same to your dealer M/s. Rudra Auto Mart, Bardhaman, so many time, but they are not responding and not solve my problem.

Kindly look into the matter as earliest as possible.
