Faulty digital mete

The digital meter is having some problems, like inspite of switching off the bike the digital meter continues flashing thereby draining off the battery. I've been with the bike to the service centre asking them to look into the matter, but it's been more than a month now inspite of visiting the service centre a couple of times they just told us that they dont have any digital meter in stock. If the company cannot provide proper service why have they opened up service centres for?
