Battery not functioning

Bought a Mahindra Rodeo Scooter on 09.12.2010. And immediately after buying it, the attery started giving complaints. In each service, the agency from which it was bought (BHUWAN AUTOMOBILES, HARIDWAR, UTTARAKHAND) was told of the problem with a request to change the battery if it was beyond repairs. Everytime, they have said that they have rectified the complain but till date the battery starts giving problem every other day. They have been aware of the problem for so long, still their behaviour is very adamant and they JUST DONT WANT TO ATTEND to the problem.
