FAULT IN A NEW CAR

I am very dissatisfied by your services. I purchased a new Mahindra Scorpio VLX on 5th Jan with my hard earn money. It has been only 3 months and out of these 3 months the car has been in your workshop for around 30 days. Every now and then it develops some problem but none of your technician is able to exactly detect it.

First it was Turbo charger and it took 12 days. Then other problem of Fuel Pump occur after a few days and it took 8 days. Then i face starting problem in my car, it took 2 days. And recently there was problem in AC and Mileage and my car is still in your workshop for the last 3 days. God knows when i got my car and what will be the next problem i will face.

Now what i feel is i have been handed over a defective car and it has been highly unprofessional on your part. Now You have left me with no other option other than going to the consumer court. I am facing so many other problems without my car, i am daily expending Rs.1000 on a cab. Its my request to change my car and provide me a new car.
