Car not delivered on due date

I have booked mahindra scorpio vlx h.e model forwhich full payment has been made to Ralas motors Raipur on 31.12.2009 but dealer has not delivered the vehical till.date 14.01.10 for the reason the required models supply is being delayed by the Company i.e. Mahindra Motors, Nashik. I therefore, request you to please arrange for immediate delivery of the vehicle as we need the same on urgent basis.

Action taken in this regard at your end may pleasebe intimated.
