Faulty scotty

I am dissatisfied with the sevices of rodeo scooter. the patrol indicator of the scooty, some times shows empty & sometimes after 10 minutes it shows full% in tank... the worker at service center don't have proper knowledge of the settings and facilities of scooter. Presently I am getting 10 to 15 KMPL, which is really irritating me, this is the worst scoty ever...
