Quality and bad service

I am, Febin Jerry from Cochin, Kerala. I bought a mahindra Duro 4 months ago. I had given my scooter for servicing last week to M square mahindra service at Elamkulam near kadavathra cochin.my service experience was very very bad and bad behaviour from service team. My complaint is that after two days from the date of servicing one of my wheels mudguard was unscrewed from my scooter. Who knows its wheels are properly fitted or not. I am expecting a good response from your side as earliest as possible.
