Attery crashed

Dear sir/madam,

I have purchased Mahindra Duro on 30/12/10 from Tej Auto who is one of your Ahmedabad location Dealer. after purchase and first service of the vehicle I found some problem in self start function of the vehicle for which I had Informed to the engineer and dealer

of Tej Auto on very second day. They have replied with it will start working in 2-3 days.but it won't happen. during 2nd service, I found self start function was stopped working at all. I gone to the dealear and now he replied that the battery has been cracked

and the lubricant was lickage from it. I am the alone who is using the vehicle and I never met even any scratch creating accident, still Dealer is not ready to exchange the battery which is still under warranty option. Also take note they have offered me to

take old battery which is lying with them at their garage which shows there is cent percent mistake of their side which they don't want to disclose.

I found it totally unethical and irresponsible reply from such a big and reputed organisation. I put trust on the company rapport and purchased the newly introduced vehicle with the faith in company . and Now getting such viered answer which is not at all acceptable.

Kindly look after the matter and reply as soon as possible after getting this mail. Kindly note that if I would not get replacement of my batter from date of this mail, I need to take help of consumer court.
