They fail to make the promise for change of travel date

I have a booking from Bangalore to Chicago through MakeMyTrip. I opted to change of travel date in the ticket as I was sick with Viral fever. They are charging service charge of postponing the ticket MakeMyTrip charge ticket fair difference. MakeMyTrip representative confirmed that sending the medical certificate would help in waiving off the service charge for change of date. I spent so much effort in scanning and sending the medical certificate though I was sick. Now, they claim that they do not consider medical certificate. While I was asking about this, they are intentionally disconnecting the call if they were unable to answer my question. I got totally pissed off with their customer service and most of the times, they claim that the machines are not working.

Please do not go for makemytrip for booking any tickets. The customer service sucks!
