Mytrip.com not refunding my cancelled ticket money

I had booked a ticket with Ticket ID FLT00009123044 (PNR RDCBVE and RDCBV4) on 15th Jan through makemytrip taking it to be the best in providing support for ticket bookings etc. I called up makemytrip.com on 22nd Jan and tried cancelling this ticket but couldnt get my call completed thanks due to the long hold i was put too due to damn slow systems on their side. After failing to complete the call 5 times, i got frustrated and called up the airline directly and cancelled the ticket directly. It has been 20 days and I am yet to get the refund on the same. Amount being Rs. 6, 254.Please refund me my money ASAP.
