Booking cancelled but still no refund

This is very shocking experience i got from Makemytrip Customer executives. I was booked domestic ticket on 17th Feb from Mumbai to Guwahati. Due to some technical error on your website my ticket get cancelled. I talked to customer care they told me the amount will get credited on your account within two working days. The money get credited on my account on 20th Feb but on the same day they have debited RS 3000 from my account with the same reference no.

With lots of disscussion one of the customer care executive agree that mistake has happen from their end only and will refund amount in 7 working days but almost 12 days over but still haven't received amount. I callled them again and i need to explain the whole story to that guy but still he is not agree with what i am saying he want me to send my bank statement again. This is rediculous..

Very worst service provider... go for yatra.com it is one of the best service provider...
