Cancellation charged extra against whatever shown in booking id

Dear SIR,

I have booked a ticket with makemytrip with reference no: NF25136452913. Which i have to cancelled due to some rescheduling in my itenrary. The cancellation money which should come to my account is Rs 25275 (receipt attached). But the money refunded to me is Rs. 23025 . They have not given any account of extra money deducted for cancellation. This is a case of direct cheating by such a reputed website.

Please do the needful and help me in this regard..
