Dear Sir,

I have booked my air ticket on 06/09 through www.makemytrip.com, and payment also made immediately through net banking to makemy trip/Avenues India Pvt Ltd. But i have not received booking confirmation and my ticket from makemytrip, due to that i cancelled my particular trip from Muscat.

After that, i have sent several E-mails to makemytrip.com customer centre and contacte through phone, they are not giving proper response about my payment . my payment reference are given below.

Payment reference: CCA 100949772 IG28205307.

Payment to : - Avenues India Pvt Ltd. (Through Make my trip.com payment option)

You are requested to kindly look out this matter and help me to get my refund money from makemytrip.com

I never expect these type of worst service from one of the world leading Travel service Provider, With my experiance other provdiers are giving good service very better than makemytrip.
