Regarding refund of amount

Sir,

I have done a transaction of amount Rs 5693.0 with MakeMytrip on 8-sep.

Booking did not happen, but amount was deducted, and (my bank also connfirmed) the Makemy trip team told me amount is with them, but even after so many calls and requests, they have not yet refunded my amount. They always ask for 72 hours duration, but they never come back.

Its more than a month now and they are always asking for more time.

I request you to please ask them to refund my amount.
