Delayed/No response from agents

The quality of travel agents/customer service agents with Makemytrip.com is so sub-standard. I have been looking to book holiday package to Andaman for almost a month now; but even after contacting 3 different customer service reps, not been able to get through.

All of them disappear when I ask them to send me the flight details etc. because I really want to book it ASAP.

With umpteen promises of calling/emailing me back, there is NOT EVEN A SINGLE MAIL/cALL I have receieved from them that gives me these details! It is highly pathetic and it looks like, their customer service reps have no clue what they are dealing with!!

Highly irresponsible management!!
