Overcharge for online flight ticket booking

I had booked 4 tickets for 19Nov10 (Trivandrum/Mumbai) sector. The flight fare reflected per ticket at the time of booking was Rs. 5, 042/-. Hence the cost for 4 tickets should have costed Rs. 20, 168/-. However once tickets were booked my Amex card was charged a total of Rs. 27, 654/-. That too, all 4 tickets were not booked under the same price. I have been following up with the call centre since saturday but yet to receive a response.
Request you to kindly check and revert at the earliest with the refund of excess charge as i am losing time and i need to change my travel plans.
