Charged Cancellation Fee on a Cancelled Flight

My Booking ID with Make My Trip (FLT 000015076432) for a JetLite S2 9352 Flight from Patna to Kolkata on 14.04.2010 which eventually got cancelled. In spite of the cancelled flight the company (Make My Trip) deducted an amount of Rs. 950.00 from the refund. Whenever the company is contacted over this issue, the standard reply is " Your case will be settled within next 72 hours", but the next 72 hours has not arrived. All are advised not to book tickets from this fraud company.
