Withdrawn money without booking ticket

This is to inform that I booked train ticket using makemytrip website. But this website has withdrawn money from my account and ticket is not booked.

When I called to customer care. He is saying due to technical problem he cannot book. But I dont know why they withdrawn money from my account. And when I ask for return he is telling me about cancellation process which takes 7 working days for money to refund. Actually I need to book ticket immediately and I dont have money. Inspite of telling many times customer care is not replying correctly.

I spoke to person named kailash he said he is from delhi. He is very rude even he dont fear when I say that I will complaint he is proudly saying do wat ever u want. Very rude person how this companies hire such person.
