Poor service for international New Ticket Opening

Hi,

i booked ticket from delhi to toronto through london on 20 Aug (Time 12:10). i made first call for making payment at arnd 9 in the morning but it dint through after 6 calls in my seventh call to your customer care i was suggested rather misguided by one of your executive to book some other flight when i did'nt he said that the executive who made booking (anshula sharma) would come after 7 in the evening. after all this i was able to pay 71485 rs for the tickets at 12.15 in the night today now it has been more than 12 hours since the payment has been made but i have not received any confirmation from your end nor i got my tickets. i have made 3 calls since morning but was not able to talk to the concerned executive.

the payment is already deducted from my account and when i checked my mail i came to know that your executive gave her id in place of my id for registration.

i want to know what is happening in your company???

you are giving this bad service what to do think would be client feedback for you in market???

Bottom line is that PLEASE NEVER EVER GO WITH MAKE MY TRIP. THEY PROVIDE VERY POOR SERVICE.
