Kindly look up to matter

Even after several calls and filling an online request I am not getting any response

I cancelled my booked railway tickets Booking ID (NR251275348600), for which a refund of 3780 was due, but on 6th Oct I got a refund of only Rs.1890 (which is exact half of the amount). I need to know the reason behind this and will appreciate if my remaining amount is refunded as soon as possible. I even contacted ICICI bank regarding this but they said fault is at yours side.
