Hi, I am Ankur marwaha my phone number is 8792740052 I booked a flight from Bangalore to Delhi from MakeMyTrip.com booking reference number NF2201014746687. For One Adult and One Infant. I selected the flight 'Makemytrip special' which was showing ZERO fare for the infant and Rs 4626 (Total) for the Adult. While entering the Details of the Passenger it did not asked me details of the Infant and only the flight for the Adult was booked. Now MakeMyTrip.Com is not accepting this as there mistake and forcing me to buy a ticket for Infant which I would have got for free when I was booking the ticket on 11th Jan. I would request you to take action against MakeMyTrip. I have made numerous calls to them But did not got any answer from them.
