Non-Refund of money even after 5 months

Dear Sir

I (Sarbojit Biswas) booked a ticket for Mr Arindam Das from Kolkata to Goa (and return) from Make My Trip.Com in December. I did cancel the same too.

These are the details:

Below stated are the details I was asked to provide several times from the company and which I did. I even provided my bank statement as it was said that the refund was processed from the company’s end. But I have never got the money and 5months have lapsed. Nothing was of any avail:
