Makemytrip.com
Refund not done

I have booked an international flight ticket via makemytrip.com on 24th September. Reference: Booking ID - NN251561359918.

For some reasons I had to cancel my trip, and I have asked makemytrip to cancel the same on 1st oct.

They have initiated cancellation, and I have received a confirmation email on 01 oct that I will receive refund of 11500 INR, within 7 days.

After 10 days they have started telling me, that I will need to reschedule my flight, and cannot cancel the ticket. I have asked them to reschedule the same, but they were unable to do that also.

Finally, I have not received any money back from them. I have been told that they are working on the case. Feedback received from airlines is that they have not received any cancellation request from makemytrip.com

If I would have known of such a pathetic service from makemytrip, then I would have booked it directly from airlines.
