NOT GETTING THE REFUND

I had cancelled a PNR for my ticket through the airline from Mumbai to Calicut on 01-Aug. The airline said it will take 10 days to get the refund. After 10 days when i called the Airline people they said the amount has been credited to the travel agent i.e Make Mytrip. After i called 4 times i was able to confirm the cancellation from Makemytrip on 12th August. They said 3 working days for the credit to my account. Today 18.08.2011 I have received half of the amount which was shown by Makemytrip in their site. Today I called makemytrip.com they said some more days required for creditting the amount. Kindly look into the matter. I am attaching the refund shown by the airline and makemytrip.com.
