Date not changed or refund not made on refundable ticket

Im' shrdhar,

I book a trip from bangalore to delhi on 7th march PNR no. IYP7LG "REFUNDABLE" from Spicejet. but due to some reason I want to change it to 12th march.

On 6th march, morning the staff of MakeMyTrip said that it is allowed to change the booking. BUT wherever I called they gave me message that the site is not working properly.. U can try after half an hour..., and finally @ night 11:30 pm they said that MY TICKET CAN'T BE CHANGED.. and NO REFUND BE MADE to me.

please tell me can I get my money back...??
