Excess collection against Air Ticket

I bought an Airline ticket from MakeMy Trip Office in Guwahati on Hyderabad-Kolkata-Guwahati sector on 04-07-10 in the name of my daughter Nahid Farzin. PNR No. M42FCI & M42FCI for journey on 09--05-10. As per Air Fare details given by their Gurgaon office was Rs. 4782.00 which includes service charge of Rs.250.00.

But their Guwahati Office collected Rs. 4982.00 without spelling out the reason for extra collection. I took up the matter with the co. sin they preferred to remain silent. This amounts to plain cheating and demand refund of the excess amount.
