Makemytrip/railway ticket
Amount debited, but no ticket&refund

Sir i done a railway ticket booking on 24/08 through make my trip, but due to some technical problem the status showed is failed.and as per the agent the amount will be return within the next two working day.but till date idon't get any refund.i lodge complain also to the official site of the co.my transaction id is NR251185599518 & my complain reference id # 110830030803.please take the neccessary action to refund my amount.
