I have booked two tickets from Visakhapatnam to Banglore for 30th Sep (NR251275915132) in Makemytrip.com. I have cancelled one ticket and got the refund back. On 27th I cancelled the other ticket for which i am yet to receive the refund. The site shows the ticket got cancelled. I raised the issue via website but got no response. I called up the toll free number, where the agent put me on hold for long and later told that the issue is raised and they would get back in 2 days (that was a week ago).
It looks like nobody is concerned to respond to the customers in Makemytrip.com.
