Very poor service

Dear sir/ madam

i apply (booking) for cylinder on 02.may.2011 but still they never give cylinder i ask them they told me today i send to you, i call again then they told me driver never give you i will check with the driver, this is not a first time every month as a same problem and booking time (period) also they changed last time 1 week only but now 25 day's after then can booking and after 15 day's need to give cylinder for customer, please do something
