DELAY IN delivery of REFILL BOOKING OF CYLINDER

Sir,

I have applied for the refill booking on account of my connection on 06-FEB from YOUR DEALER- MANAS GAS SERVICE, HP DISTRIBUTOR, 543/109, K BLOCK, KIDWAI NAGAR, KANPUR.

but its now 37 days gone, yet I have not received the delivery.

We have requested several times my dealer and told them about delay in my refill booking and requested to deliver as soon as possible but there is still no response for all my request which is causing great inconvenience. AS I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE DELIVERY OF MY BOOKING.

Therefore I request you to accept my request ask your dealer to deliver the booking on time and ask them to not to deliver on thier will but to deliver the booking systematically on time now on-wards.
